I had similar issue where I lost previous access to live tv sports etc. on Spectrum app and it had something to do with a location error, where the system got confused and thought I was accessing online services from somewhere other than my residence on file.

There's actually no single button on your tv to disconnect it to the Wi-Fi but there's another way for you to disconnect it. Please follow these instructions. 1. Turn on your TV 2. Click the settings button on your remote, or from your tv home screen, click the settings icon on the upper left corner. 3. Go to "Network" 4. Click "Connect using WPS" (this will redirect you to the connection loading screen). 5. Click the exit button on your remote (left pointing arrow) and select "Yes, exit" on the screen. A: AnswerI have two Google TV’s and Xumo is not Google. I don’t really know what “operating” system it uses. It is just another option like Roku, Android, Google etc. You need to create an account with Xumo to watch thru the installed Xumo app. There aren’t as many app options as on google and android. Great affordable TV
Great little TV at an awesome affordable price! The TV itself has a great picture with a decent sound. I use it in my home gym, so I didn't need anything spectacular. Has a great selection of apps and navigating through the menus is a breeze. Setup was quick and easy. Total game changer for my home gym, but would be happy if this was my main TV as well. Would definitely buy another one.

Very great TV for the price. Decent picture and really good sound for size. Purchased to replace large TV but am very happy with it. Easy setup and connection to wifi..took less than 15 minutes from opening box to completion.

Good Features for the Price, Def Not Perfect
After using this for a few days as a replacement in my office, I can say that at $170, this TV is pretty good. Being the cheapest 4k option with Dolby Vision & Atmos support, it is a very good price. All of that seems to work pretty well, and the picture is surprisingly good. I'd say this is definitely a great value TV. That being said, it is certainly not perfect. If you're just looking for the basic apps, xumo is totally fine. If you have home media (i.e. plex or something similar), Xumo is garbage and you will absolutely need to get a roku, chromecast, or shield. Xumo does not allow to stream personal media on your home network, at least through Plex. I currently use the chromecast 4k with it, and it work fantastically. Xumo's limitations aside, the TV is a bit slow, which isn't unexpected, however it has a loading screen when switching inputs, as well as a boot up process that takes a bit longer than I anticipated. The picture adjustment settings are basically nonexistent, so customization there is quick lacking. Expectations for this TV should be low. it is awesome under $200, and one of the better options at that price. It can not be in any conversation with my LG C3 OLED, but that TV is 8x the price. The TV is a great value, and perfect when paired with a $50 chromecast 4k or roku stick 4k.
