Simple, Compact, and Wonderful!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this unit and received it right around Christmas. Since then, I've probably put about 25 capsules through, and have used the inserts for grounds about 6 times. I used Cafe Bustelo, and it turned out great every time. If you are in the market for a Nespresso capsule machine, I highly recommend this little machine. It's by far less expensive than nearly every Nespresso unit, and you can use your own grounds if need be. Also, it's super compact and fits at my desk perfectly. I do have to say it's a little loud, but not bothersome.

Great machine!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little suspicious at first cause it seemed too cheap to be good, but ended up being amazing. It works perfectly for Nespresso-like capsules but it also has an adaptor for grounded coffee in case you prefer it or run out of capsules. The machine creates good pressure to extract the flavor and gives it a nice hot temperature. Aesthetically, looks beautiful in my office. On the downside , it is a little noisy. I thought people were overreacting but it is much louder than a regular Nespresso machine. Overall, wonderful purchase!

Decent machine for closeout price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works better then expected for the $30 price, I'm definitely happy I got it. I grind my own coffee and use the double shot for it. Works really well. Only downside is the noise is a bit loud in the morning.

like it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is a great little machine, same as other espresso without the regular portafilter nor the steam wand... but it is 51mm compatible basket, you can also customize the water volume dispensed, just press and hold the 1 or 2 cup and hold it until the desire volume is dispensed, then release the button and the setting will be saved....Remember to purge the water pump system, trying several times the 2 cup button until water go thru (if not, try plug and unplug the water tank several times to force the air bubbles get our the pipes and keep trying pumping with the 2cup button)... i had to pop up the plastic at the bottom of the basket with a utility knife and then drill a bigger hole in the outer wall of the basket to make it non pressurized basket (just being carefully of not damage the inner wall with all the holes on it), then press the plastic back in place, or maybe just using a regular non pressurized basket . Now using 51mm tamper and a good grinder i was able to control the extraction a little better and get a better espresso... not bad for a cute small espresso machine at my office.

Makes a Great Cup of Espresso
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Makes a great cup of espresso, with a nice thick crema-head, am pleasantly surprised of product value (paid only $60) though instruction book could be better and no videos available online for the product, but thus far I am very satisfied.

Q: QuestionThe water pump doesn't work. Tried ad dozen times already. Any advice?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer To get the pump to "prime", you have to fill the tank with water, then raise and lower the tank into the base several times, like 20 to 40 times. Each time you seat the water tank into the base, a few air bubbles come up, which means water is going into the pump. You have to forcefully seat the tank down to make bubbles form. Then when no more air bubbles come up, press the double shot cup to pump water into it. It took me 15 minutes to get it running, because the water pump won't work right if there is not enough water in the bottom of the machine. Eventually it works perfectly, and makes GREAT espresso! I use pods and ground espresso, both work fantastic!

Q: QuestionIs this machine suppose to be so loud? Is that normal or was I delivered a defective machine
Asked by Dlovely31.
- A:Answer Mine is pretty loud but I don’t find it any more offensive than the nespresso machine I also have.

Q: QuestionThe cup buttons wouldn't blink when I press the power button. I checked the reservoir and questions here. I tried reinserting it, turning the machine all around, shaking it and put a little water into the hole and won't take it. Anything else I can try?
Asked by Danielle.
- A:Answer The instructions are not good. I thought it would blink when ready to brew but it doesn't. I had the issue where it would pump twice for a few seconds each and do nothing. I just had to do the "remove and re-insert reservoir" step, but I had to do it like literally 100 times before it would work. But just keep doing it and eventually you'll get enough water in the system to brew. Took my 90 minutes of troubleshooting to get to work but now its good. For $60 I can't complain too much.

Q: QuestionWater won't start dripping. Is there something i am missing? Makes 2 loud pump noises then small cup and big cup keeps blinking.
Asked by Maria.
- A:Answer I had same issue during first setup (no water in system) on 2 different machines. It seems that air bubbles get trapped in the internal lines. I installed/removed/reinstalled full tank several times to feed water into machine. I tried their directions several times then removed the tank, picked machine up rotated machine gently on 3 axis to allow trapped bubbles to get out of the way.

Q: QuestionCan I use k pods with the Bella pro series expresso machine? What about regular coffee grounds?
Asked by Janjn.
- A:Answer No KCups, only the taller nespresso pods (not the circle ones). There’s a “ground” coffee filter but I believe it’s intended to be used with espresso beans because the quantity of water would not be sufficient for a cup of Joe.
Answered by YazmminP
Q: QuestionCan you use ESE pods as well?
Asked by elin.
- A:Answer No! This machine has two adapters. One for the original nespresso capsule pods or you can use grounds and a tamper. It won’t accept the new virtuoline (big spinning) capsules so don’t try that otherwise you’re wasting your money. Use ONLY the original nespresso capsules and you’ll be happy.
