Great Little Unit

Hygrometer is wildly inaccurate, but the unit does in fact hold humidity and temperature quite well. Quiet, and shelves are well-built. A good upgrade for someone looking to get something more formal than Tupperware.

The unit arrived in quick fashion. Setup was easy. Left the door open for a while to let plastic smell disappear as per instructions. Seasoned in a few days and storing cigars already. The nice thing is this one fits the whole box if you want to display. Has one draw for loose cigars but other drawers are available from Needone if needed. Very happy.

Great humidor reasonably priced

My first electric humidor.  Seasoning was easy, maintains Temp AND Humidity 70/70, replaced 2 of my older humidors,  and stores alot! (up to 300 but I'm only putting about 200 to 250)

My husband has a lot of expensive cigars. He was tupperdoring them to long term storage. I found this on sale and bought it. The buttons were flashing and beeping and it kept resetting the temp to 64. Which we want it at but the beeping and flashing were annoying. And the light would go on by itself. Since this is for long term, we never really look at it. Finding g out the light has been on for days is a bit of a bummer. We found out that the voltage wasn't enough from the outlet. Hence the computer resetting itself every two minutes. We changed outlets and now it is under our dining room table (the only free outlet that had enough voltage, the circuits in my house are a bit crazy). But at least when I'm vacuuming I can make sure the light is still off. I wish we had a voltage checker or someone who told us this at first. We were ready to return it when the customer service finally said that mayb the problem. We have had it for months now and never had a problem with the humidity or temp. We have the govee wireless guys in there and it's a very good humidor. We bought the 48L to store boxes in. I do recommend it. Just make sure you have enough juice.

Great for cigar storage

Item arrived with the glass door completely shattered. Not a reflection on Needone, just the shipping and handling.

Humidor arrived missing drawer w/hygrometer and humidifier tray. Talked to Walmart customer care person in some foreign country who said that they would arrange for distributor to send missing parts and they would contact me. After 2 days not hearing from anyone, I called again. Got a different guy but with the same name and also from a foreign country who told me the first guy was wrong and I would need to return it for a refund or replacement. I said I wanted a replacement, but when he checked, it appears they could not do that either. Well, I bought it on sale and the price is now $20 dollars higher so having to return it and buy another one at a higher price is STUPID and WRONG!!! 
Does any company do business the right way anymore? 
Does any company have Customer Service in the US anymore? 
I dont think I'll buy anything from Walmart that they don't ship themselves. Better to pay more and not have the hassles if there is an issue.

Lousy Order Support from Walmart.

First off this thing smelled like plastic when I bought it which should have been my first sign to run.  I had already returned the first unit I had gotten for a dent in the side so I didnt want to be that guy.  Fast forward to now and I have a box thats unplugged because condensation was building so bad the entire bottom was wet. If I hadnt caught it I would have a mold filled box in another week.  Buyer beware this thing is poorly designed and will not hold humidity.  I realized all this too late and now cant get a refund.  Do not buy this product.

Do not buy unless you want mold on cigars.

The cooling and heating system in this does not work, basically stays at the same temp at all times, regardless of what you have set. Even if you go to max heat, it never goes up in temp. Disappointing considering the rest of the unit seems to work well. Walmart made the return easy.
