It does what is says, except that I don't believe at the right temperature since it does stay at 33° celcius but its no where near 91° Fahrenheit. Because the water still comes out cold. and at 91° that's hot.  Yet its not freezeing, to me it passes.

Doesn't work. Throws the breaker every time. Everything else is off. Now permanently glued to the inside of my shower.

when screwing in the top hose to the machine the plastic piece that you screw broke almost instantly so i basically wasted my money. we tried to go get another shower head to see if it would fit and it wouldnt. so now i have to go buy another one but this time im gonna buy a better one. this one is not good.

dont waste your money

had this up in my shower. use it about two times. when to go using third time it started making a weird noise. I turn the water off and then it started smoking and melted itself

i ordered a tankless water heater for my shower a couple months ago got it set it and turned on my shower and it didn't work we thought maybe we just got a bad one no big deal so we ordered another one this one came set it up and what not and IT DIDNT WORK i reached out to the company this time to see about a refund or a replacement but they will not answer me

poor design, electric cord too short %26 on bottom with short hose/wand on top making a dangerous situation in a shower esp. since recommends mounting wand higher than so-called heater, which is kind of a joke itself not much heat much less continuously, if ya wanna run a dedicated electrical line with a receptical %26 drill holes in wall of shower for it to be safe or cut exsisting cord to hard wire which will void any warranty, if any, then drill holes in shower wall which are offset by the way making hitting same stud for both impossible...I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WOULD REPURCHASE!!!...might make a good outside SUMMERTIME shower, MAYBE!!!...

I ordered two of these pieces and neither of them worked, I do not recommend it.

Water Heater

This thing worked great for 7 months. Had no complaints, until today! It caught fire while I was in the shower! Burned my back. It's used daily for a shower, not left on, in fact, I unplug it while I'm not using it. But today, it caught fire! I thank god it was me and not one of my kids! We had a house fire, with total loss, 5 years ago. This brought back those memories and fears!! We live in a camper now, so this could have been much more devastating. Thank god my kids were sleeping during this, because it would have caused a LOT more trauma for them!

Do not get if you plan on daily use!

DANGEROUS PRODUCT PLEASE BEWARE!!!  HOOKED IT UP ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTION MANUAL, Turned on the flow valve and it immediately blew up in my husband's face,the housing blew apart, and the water Reservoir Blew apart as well exposing the heating coil inside. tried to save a few$ with this product, but now spending much more for the hospital bills!

DANGEROUS PRODUCT PLEASE BEWARE!!!

To get this to work in the U.S you need to connect the unit to an extension cord that's rated for at least 3500 watts then connect the extension cord to your outside plug near the electric meter on the side of your house. if you plug this to your regular bathroom wall plug then it will fire your breaker or burn your unit out. Had to buy a 100 foot extension cord since I bought this unit for my "mother-in-law" unit on my backyard. If you do the set up correctly this unit will work great in tropical climates like Florida all year round.
