All parts were included including a few extras just in case. please make sure you watch the video because the instructions can sometimes be confusing. I was able to put this together by myself but I did use power tools. It is Well constructed and can handle the weight.

Great for getting back in shape

I absolutely love this machine! If anyone wants a fast build just watch the videos they provide! I was using the manual got stuck and found a YouTube video that sped up the process super fast! Although I was by myself looking back and forth at the video I finished it in 3 hours. Now I can look forward to great workouts! I love the use I get out of it now!

Great purchase!

This is a great addition to our home gym. Definitely recommend. 

Like: 1. very simple to assemble 
         2. Quality material 
         3. Appropriate size
         4. Option for add-on

Dislike: 1. tools provided ( with my power tools I was done in 1.5 hr. 
             2. The assembly video (the paper is a ton better)
            3. Slight grinding noise when lifting (the 2 rods should've can greased)
           4. No slip resistant mat if customers are unable to bolt the equipment to the ground)

Let's start out with the packaging. It's enclosed in solid packaging with wood backing to prevent damage during shipping. Big Plus! Next - the simple to follow instructions %26 provided tools make assembly a Breeze! (Hassle Free!) O YEAH!
Operating the cable driven system is SMOOTH %26 QUIET!

TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING!

Overall a very nice home gym and decent build quality for the money. The packaging was surprisingly good, all the welds looked good, the paint seems high quality, and hardware even came with extras. The instructions could be better but the only issues I had were trying to figure out the pulleys. Looking up youtube videos of assembly helped with that. My biggest complaints would be that there are no detailed dimensions anywhere on the web for this thing so it was just a wait and see game to tell how big it was. And it was big! It measures 160 inches by 96 inches. I have a 12x12 bedroom that I put it in (see photos) and I ended up reconfiguring it the system in multiple ways and removing the squat rack altogether. The other thing to be mindful of is that the retangular weights come with a wet black coating so be prepared with gloves on when you go to open these and have some cleaning supplies near by to wipe them down. The black stuff will stain your hands and anything it touches. Also, the round plate weights in the stock photos do NOT come with the set. Most people will need 200-300 lbs to get a decent workout with the leg press and squat rack. The metal posts that hold the weights arent very long so you will need 35 or larger thin plate weights for it to work. Keep in mind that that will be an additional $200-$300 at $1 per pound which is the cheapest I could find new. I bought used ones off of marketplace. Not a big deal at the pricepoint of this gym though. I also added quick release metal locking clips to replace the ones for the handles for the pulley system.

Excellent value for the price

it seems like a pretty good machine for the price but assembly was ridiculous to figure out nothing at all is labeled so you really have to pay attention.the best thing about assembly is the nuts bolts and washers are put together by steps instead of all thrown together in a bag.
