Writing this review after a horrible thunderstorm last night with 40 mph winds...was afraid that the tent would blown away because we did not secure the other exterior ropes to the ground, but the tent withstood the harsh winds and rain and is still in good shape this morning. The tent is spacious, fits 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-3 small children. Has many pockets inside the tent, and mesh window to breathe if wanting to see outdoors but also can zip it up for more privacy. The design is sleek, color is bright green, easy to set up with 1-2 people. Great tent for the price.

Great tent for harsh weather

I really like this tent. The set up was easy and the instructions were clear. It took me around 15 minutes total to set up and around 10 to take back down and fold back up and into the bag. 
The floor of the tent is spacious, and has enough room for a queen sized air mattress, with room to spare. I was able to lay down comfortably, without my head or feet touching anything.
This tent is better for warmer weather. The temperature dropped into the 40s while I was using this, and it did get a little cool inside the tent but it kept the wind and rain out, and I still felt cozy and comfortable in my sleeping bag. 
I also really enjoy the bright green color, it makes it so much easier to spot where your camp site is, and looks pretty nice as well. 
Definitely a good tent for a weekend camping trip.

Great tent!

I've been looking for a new dome tent for me and the boys. The one I have is huge and takes so much time to put up in the field. This tent came at the right time. I noticed immediately that the rain fly comes 75% of the way down of the tent. Most 2-3 season tents have a rain fly that only covers the top 1-2 feet. This is a huge plus in my book as it will help protect the tent from water during a rain storm. We haven't tested it yet outside or in the rain due to the current shelter in place order. However, the cubscouts did a virtual camping trip last weekend, so I took the tent to the basement and put it up. It was very simple and easy and only took me a few minutes to get it set up. I am 6'7" tall and this tent was plenty big for me and my 7 and 4 year old. I was easily able to put a king size air mattress inside of it and it slept all 3 of us comfortably and probably still have 1-2 foot of room on the side of the air mattress for clothes and flashlights and whatever gear you wanted. I didn't of course put the rain fly on because of being in doors, but I am currently planning a camping trip for next weekend and the boys are already asking if we're going to get to use their tent! They absolutely love it. I am curious to see how well the shoe door will work but was unable to test it out because you have to actually stake it down in the dirt to keep it open. Definitely love the tent and recommend it for a quick and easy set up.

Ozark Trail Dome Tent

I'm a 68 yo lady and put this tent up by myself in 45 minutes. The instructions were easy enough but the lettering is small, so the illustrations are hard to see  for an elder with not great visual acuity.  Nonetheless, I figured it out and, aside from putting the rain fly on upside down, I had no problems. It would have been easier to raise the tent with another pair of hands, as instructed, but I'm impatient and it is do-able if you're careful. I had a couple of spare metal poles so I fixed it so the fly's front flap can be left up when it's not raining. Air circulation is nil with the rain fly completely closed, so I got a small, rechargeable fan to help with that. Two moderate rains and no leaks; no bugs either after 3 days. I am very happy with my purchase.

A Happy Camper

I ordered this tent before we got quarantined, hoping to go camping. We have been unable to yet. Our weather has also been very wet and dreary lately here. We decided to put it up in the backyard though for a night on family fun. It was perfect! Now I've never set up a tent, mind you so it wasn't easy for me to try to set up... hubby got it set up in under 15 minutes though. There was just enough room for my husband and I and two children. I love the pockets inside for storage so the baby can't get to our phones. With our wet weather we really got to test out the tent and can say that as well as the inside stayed nice and dry. When we were done it was very easy to disassemble and put back in the bag for portable easy carrying.

Family fun

It rained 100 % continuously for 3 hr and there was no impact inside the tent, good material , only for 2 adults and a kid 

Only thing , we cannot open backside window from inside the tent,  in mornings , u cannot enjoy the background lake view if tent windows are closed (zipped up from outside)

These tents are a first time campers dream.! I purchased 10 tents. These tents are light weigh, easy to assemble and durable! Just lay them out and follow the directions.  They say it sleeps 4, however, its more like 2 adults and small child comfortably.  I was able to fit 2 blow up camp size twin mattresses and assigned 2-3 teen youth per tent. I was able to sweep/clean the tents with no problems (messy youth snacks).   Its definitely rain restraint and drys easily.  During my security checks, I could see from the outside... lights from the youth cell phones/iPad pads. Repacking the tents and all its accessories in the bag provided was my biggest challenge. This was my first time camping... Lol. Very happy with these tents.

A worthy investment!

This is a review for the Ozark Trail 4 Person Four Seasons Dome Tent (Lime Green).  Can be used as a car camping tent or backpacking tent for a family of 3 comfortably or 4 (a little tight).  
Keep in mind that I did not read the instructions before hand and assumed it was like all other dome tents.  Though, I do recommend reading the instructions as tent manufactures will always try to add new features here and there according to peoples reviews/comments.  
So, I went camping on Columbus/Indigenous People's Day and set the tent up for the first time out of the box.  The setup is not hard but not simple like pop-up tents.  It took me about 8 minutes to set it up by myself with a little help from my 11 year old.  Once it was set up, I then realized that I left out the vestibule collapsible pole.  I was able to put that in last without a hassle.
The tent did well on a cold night at 35F degrees.  It felt like 20F though.  Although it did not rain, we did get some condensation on the back-sides of the tent.  The rainfly kept the top, front-sides and front door area dry but the back portion and back-sides of the tent was exposed and it was wet.  The rainfly does not cover the tent completely.  There is a about 3/4 of the back bottom of the tent that is exposed.  However, the rainfly does come completely to the ground in the front vestibule door.  Compared to the Ozark Trail 6 Person Four Season Tent, the rainfly completely covers the entire tent all the way down.  The design must have something to do with ventilation.  But I prefer a full covered down rainfly.  
There are no side ventilation pullout guy lines.  It was placed on the seamline near the poles.  Not much to pull out from that angle.  Doesn't make sense.
I'm 5'7" and my son is 5'2", I was able to fit two Intex twin air mattress inside laying them width wise with feet pointing towards the door.  If you are 6 ft tall, you might not be able to do that because you'll need to lay the bed length wise.  I still had a little walkway in the middle and placed my gears in the back away from the door.  I also loved the storage compartment built into the vestibule.  We kept our sneakers in there.  There were plenty of places to store your keys, flashlights, wallet, phone etc.  Four mesh pockets on each side near the poles for lights.  Plastic pockets on each sides to store extra stuff.  The weight:  at 8 lbs, it's definitely ideal for a family of 3 to backpack this tent.  Don't compare it to a single backpacking tent, of course they weigh lighter.  Overall, it's a good budget tent. However, I will need to waterproof it a little bit and perhaps use it for backpacking.  Will also give it to my son to use when camping with his friends.

Overall, good budget tent.  It does the job.

Nice tent for a small family. The material is very good. The assemble is very straightforward and can be done in a short time. The package is easy to carry and fits in a small space for storage.
I would recommend an extra kitchen tent for a complete camping setting up. 
I haven't being able to use it in a camping so far due to saty at home situation.

Good quality

Bigger than I thought, easy set up between two rookies. Definitely fits a queen size inflatable mattress with a bit of space for gear. Photo attached without the rainfly that was included and the inside camp pad was not included but is queen sized for reference. However, a bit heavy if you're going to hike with it and would absolutely be careful placing the rods in the bottom hooks because you could cut your finger pretty badly. All in all a great buy!

Starter tent for car camping or camprounds

Over all, this is ok tent. It's cheap, so you get what you paid for.  My tent was defected, it was missing one anchor loop. When we were camping, we got heavy rain. The tent hold up good, but we had some leaking. But it's compact, easy to set up, and take down.
