This shark has the best suction ever %26 has a great length of power cord 2 travel where ever u need 2 go n ur home! It also swivels 2 get n the hardest places %26 also detaches where u can vacuum ur blinds, curtains, beds, every area of ur house u can use this magnificent vacuum!!! It also has a bag less vacuum bag where u can lift the top and empty %26 the bottom just pops open when u hit a button so u can hold it over the garbage can without fear of the debri and dust going all over the floor!!! This is a highly must have if ur a momma who has a child who loves throwing food %26 crumbs all over ur nice clean floors…I don't have pets so idk how it works on pet hair but I could take a bet that it would do an amazing job on getting the pet hair up!!! It has 3 modes on the power button which is the power…bare floors(tile, hardwood,   wood, linoleum, etc) and then the 3rd is carpet %26 ur brush roll comes on and it has amazing abilities of picking up dirt and dust that u didn't even know existed down n ur carpets so when u get done u have a brand new looking carpet. One use my carpet alone looked like I shampooed it! Now I can walk on it with bare feet without the fear of my feet get dirty cause I'm really weird bout my feet stepping onto something that is dirty or feels unclean. The HEPA filter is very easy 2 clean %26 wash off I just used my sprayer that I had n my sink and then popped the top lid and bottom lid open and let it air dry don't want it dry rotting or getting wore out so make sure when u clean it if u get the rubber wet 2 make sure that it air drys all the way out!!!

When I first got this vacuum home, I opened the box and reached for my screwdriver, and other tools I might need to put this together, was I wrong?  All I had to do is snap the attachments together, and that's it!  I started the vacuum, and I was surprised again, it was not loud like the other vacuums I purchased in the past.  This vacuum cleaned my carpet like a jewel.

Very, Very Impressed

Sharks are the best! Had one for 10 years and it died so I replaced it with this model. But while waiting for it to arrive we used a dirt devil we had. My son ran the dirt devil this morning in the living room. As soon as the new shark arrived I put it together and had to try it! The picture is what the shark picked up that the dirt devil left behind!

i tried an old one at my friends house and fell in love with it,then bought and updated, the most awesomest vacuum I have ever had! it fluffs the carpet beautifully, then in the canister,,,oh my!!! the micro dust it picks up is outstanding! i love this machine! Golly,I love to vacuum now!ps.it won't stop your back from blowing out so do know when to call it before your in bed for a week of pure agony,,,,note! i have a serious, and severe back problem, not everyone does. thanks, Karen ps.I LOVES ME MY MACHINE!!HAAHAAHAA!it is fun

I recently sold a Rainbow vac I'd used for 7.5 years to find something easier to tote around since back surgery. The price, style and reviews initially sold me on this Shark. I just brought it home today and vacuumed one room and can't believe how AMAZING it works!  I had a golden retriever here over the holidays and my carpet now looks so good. DO NOT hesitate to buy! I hope you enjoy yours as much as I know I will mine now!

I recently purchased a stick vacuum. I was so frustrated with it that I went online and ordered the shark navigator. Hands down my best purchase in years! I have a beautiful wool rug that's only a year old, but it was getting so dingy looking, I was getting ready to send it off. I vacuumed it with my new shark, and it looks brand new! We're a clean, one cat, 3 kid, no shoes household, but this rug had so much dust and whatever else stuck in it because my stick vacuum was doing nothing.

The Shark Navigator Lift-Away is great, a little heavy but still great.  The picture is just one quick pass on my area rug and look at what was picked up.  I do not have pets so this an amazing amount of debris that I just vacuumed from my old vac from yesterday.  Lint from the rug!

i have had many shark vacuums in the past, loved them all. so when i saw this one for such a good price thought why not. i needed to replace my older one that had a crash down the stairs and cracked.  attachments are not included but i had my old ones that fit on the new vacuum. sweeps floors great but, trying to vacuum the furniture and stairs is very difficult. its like the hose isn't long enough or something. and, the steel tube was damaged when i opened it. i will probably try returning it.

Bought for the ease of being a lift off canister..did NOT come with wand/crevice tool disappointed over that... also after 3-5 uses the center support cut through the Beader bar..when tying to contact manufacturer they said it was a retail problem... then decided they wanted to make me pay for replacement...vaccuum is not even a month old!!! Issues all the way around. ..

Let me start off that I am actually speechless about how this vacuum was delivered . Not only do I talk about the long delivery time but the box is completely torn,wet and destroyed.  It looks like its been taped on the bottom as if the vacuum fell out as well taped around the box it self. I ordered a new vacuum cleaner and it looks like a truck ran over it. The way the box looks like I don't even know if this vacuum works correctly or if its possibly been used before and just resold. I have not even opened the box yet.I have pictures to proof what it look liked within 5min of delivery. 
UNBELIEVABLE!! I really hope somebody from  customer service will  responds to me ASAP to find a solution to this problem without additional hassle and inconvenience.
