Our family likes it because there is plenty of room. Also, my partner works all day, and he worries a lot. And I stay at home. He has set the fingerprint so that I open it that way. And the Pin is set where he knows it. He has put a gun loaded and cocked. Therefore, if anyone breaks in, I can open it quickly and grab the gun.  It gives him a piece of mind. I love it cause there is room enough to put other stuff as well.

Love it! Lots received for the price paid. It is very easy to program a code to open it or to designate the persons you want to open it with just the touch of a finger print. Saving time and hazle of having to remember a combination.

Great product! Small price.

2 screws were just laying on the inside and the red password set bottom was missing.  I had to I screw the other screws and take off the plastic backing of the locking mechanism. Thankfully I was able to find yet another locking nut just laying on the inside to reinstall the red set button. So once I assembled all of the loose screws and locking nut it seems to work. Getting the batteries inserted was also very difficult and really had to force it.

Frustrating,  the lowest rating I'm allowed is 1 star ... we have fingerprint locks at my office, thought this would be nice and easy.  I followed the instructions, set it, it beeped, for a week I felt super-secure.  Till I discovered ANY fingerprint would open it,  any hand, not necessarily mine.  Instructions obviously translated,  obviously incomplete.  I emailed support asking for more in-depth ... got back a note "We have many products ..."  So,  I thought I'd just use the key, forget the keypad and the fingerprint.  Ooopppss .. anybody's fingerprint still opens it, even if locked.    The 5-star reviews about how great,  how easy, how wonderful ... definitely don't reflect what I was sold. I have far better things to do than wrestle with a piece of junk that doesn't work,  spending another hour returning to WalMart.  You might want to avoid that probability.

A very bad shopping experience. After the safe was delivered to my home, I opened it to install the battery. The red button next to it was loose. I tightened the screw and pressed it again, and the red button fell in. I took it to the Walmart store, but they refused to return it and asked me to call customer service. I moved the safe home again. I called customer service, and the English of the customer service staff was a bit difficult for me to understand. I called customer service again the next day, and the customer service staff said that they would contact the manufacturer and wait 48 hours for a reply. Then an email came asking me to upload a video. I uploaded the video as required, and then the customer service said that I needed to wait another 1 to 3 days. I have bought things countless times at Walmart and on the Walmart website. I have never encountered difficulties in returning goods. If I cannot get a refund, I can also trouble the store for credit. This incident has brought me great unhappiness and affected my life. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible.

It is not a very good safe. We followed all instructions and  programmed our fingerprints and when we thought it was done all three of my children could put up and use anyone of their fingers and pop it right open. That's a safety issue depending on what you're using the safe for always keep the keys on hand because the pin code will work one minute and then you'll have to reprogram it the next.

I would not recommend

I bought the safe because of fingerprint option I programmed my fingerprint in there and it worked good for about a month and one night my three year old open my safe. I contacted the company several times and all they keep sending me  the same exact email back.  Waste of money and time

Poor quality does not work properly

When the safe arrived, it had a broken door. I still have NO resolutuon from the vendor. they said this:Dear customer We apologize for the late reply and all inconvenience We are so sorry that we couldn't refund you without the confirmation of the tracking number Thanks for your understanding Waiting for your reply Best regards Sonia. Can't open. Knob to unlock doesn't operate well. Only been able to open once and now everything is trapped inside

Don't bother buying this or anything shipped from Walmart. If you want to return it they fight with you for a week despite it saying free and easy returns. Avoid.
