I am very pleased with how well this works. The row feature makes sure that it gets every square foot of the floor. I previously had a older model roomba and I prefer this this IHome model I bought! I love that it has different suctions for the vacuum that I can set. I have a medium size dog and right now he is going through shedding because of the season and his hair has been ridiculous! This IHome vacuum is a life saver with pets especially during shedding because it picks up all of his hairs so now I'm not having to clean continuously to get them up this robot does it for me. The app just makes it so much easier because I can set a schedule for it to automatically start up and clean the floors without having to be home. Downside you have to pay a one time fee for the app of $20 but it is well worth it! This comes with several replacement parts such as a filter, side brush, two washable mop pads, a remote to control it manually (the app has a manual control remote as well), and it comes with a brush to clean the vacuum roller. I was skeptical on getting this because the reviews seem to be hit and miss, but I am thrilled that I took the chance. The mop feature works amazing and the row feature really comes in handy when it is mopping which I have attached a picture of to show that. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the battery doesn't last as long as it states. I usually get 1 hour and 10 minutes of it cleaning on a full charge, it also depends on how high you have the suction on depending how long the battery would last. I know if I had it on eco which is the lowest setting I could get 2 hours out of it but I have carpet and a pet that sheds so I don't use that setting of course. Also the mop has different output settings as well for the water which is wonderful and I forgot to mention it self empty's the dust bin so you don't have to worry about doing it yourself. You can also set up how often to empty the dust bin on the app, I have mine set up to do it after every clean. Overall I would definitely recommend this one and the app is worth the extra money because it makes this product so handy to have for cleaning and making your daily house work easier!

The app on your phone makes this product better!

This vacuum works well. The only issue I had was with it going back to the base. It could never find “home”. I did all the recommended troubleshooting but it didn't work.

I was very excited to get this vaccum, it had a pretty easy set up and activation but when it actually comes to automatic vaccums  I've had better. It just stirred dust around and took multiple times to pick small stuff up. Wouldn't want for the long term.

Vaccum was Ok

I do NOT recommend this vacuum. I've used other ones before and they actually get the dirt up off the floor. This one does not. It just pushes it around or even just leaves it in the same place. I've tried all the different settings even “deep clean” and it leaves debris EVERYWHERE. Returning ASAP

Very poor quality

The battery pack that came with this is faulty and needs to be replaced.

The mop/vac worked perfectly for 2-3 days %26 has been giving an error ever since. I've followed videos to address the notifications (Cliff edge sensors). I've clean the sensors so much, then it'll say roller brush. Disassembled, clean, reattach then back to cliff sensors error. Literally powered itself off.

Does not work, shared videos and contacted product customer service.  they said will replace with refurbished item, lucky it is with 30 days... returning to Walmart.

Does not cover even a small room? Vacuum in the same place again and again.
Becomes unresponsive and you cannot turn off until fully discharged.

Do Not Buy

TERRIBLE! I dont know how this got such good reviews. We have a roomba and bought this as a xmas gift for my parents. It CONSTANTLY has issues, CONSTANTLY gets stuck, runs out of battery insanely fast, does the same area over and over but doesn't go anywhere new. Brushes, sensors are always erroring. loses wifi signal... this thing is garage. Do yourself a favor and just get a roomba. It's worth the price difference.

I bought this thinking it would be smarter then the old ones cus of the sensors . But it's still very much dumb and gets stuck , no exaggeration it got stuck about 10 times on the same thing even after moving it

It was not smart

Item unboxed today and Robot did not turn on. I did call the Ihome support/customer service number and they were able to troubleshoot the item. They said the battery was not working and will replace it between 7 to 10 business days. I see per reviews that I am not the only one having this issue with the battery on a brand new out of the box item like this. Now I have to wait until the battery is replaced on my new Ihome device.
