I am thrilled with this.  Yes, it was dented.  Mine had minor clamp damage on one side.  But I had expected it to be dinged - thank you, other reviewers!! - and ordered under the assumption that this was a scratch and dent company, hence the great price.  If you take that approach you won't be disappointed.  As long as the dent doesn't interfere with the seal you are golden.
   It works GREAT.  It is very light, cooled off very quickly, seals tightly, is extremely quiet and has a ton of room.  There is no interior light (it is inexpensive), but there is a basket.  And it isn't bad looking, either.  My dent was small and on the back edge - see pictures.  Again, expect a dent and be happy with a good freezer at a very good price.

The freezer has more space than I would have thought. I was pleasantly surprised. It cooled off quickly and seems to be running without a problem. My only complaint at this point is the same as so many other reviews--none of these units same to make it through the shipping process without at least minor damage. I am including a picture that shows how it arrived. Purely cosmetic and won't affect operation, but it just seems that shippers could be more careful.

Lightweight but large capacity

Received mine damaged. Sort of upset because it didn't arrive in excellent condition, but to my surprise Walmart offered a full refund due to the damage. They didn't even want me to return the chest freezer either. Walmart surprised me on this one, big thanks to customer service for once.

The freezer works great. Was damaged upon arrival though. There was a visible hole on the side of the box which matched up to a large dent on the side edge of the freezer. There was also an additional dent on the top portion of the freezer door.

Box came damaged, taped up along all sides. Once out of the package 2 dent one being right where the power supply is. Which concerns me if something could mess with the components of the freezer. I message customer support who is telling me I need to drag this huge freezer to my local Walmart (I do not have a truck) Or purchase a box big enough to ship it back. Which is very costly. I purchased this particular one because my old one stopped working all of the sudden and needed another one asap. No fault to the shipper, they clearly need to have more packaging to protect the sides !!

Only buy if you like dents !

dont order it from Walmart, mine arrived damaged, not to my correct address and then was asked to return it to Walmart store.....why can't you pick it up for return, i had it delivered!

NOT HAPPY WITH DELIVERY

Arrived damaged, Walmart online order.  Walmart is telling me to return to store, I am 80 years old and cannot carry this into a Walmart.  Nice looking freezer, but DAMAGED!  Walmart will not exchange or pick up this damaged freezer they sent me for my full payment. Poor Customer Service!  Very unhappy.  Spent ALL day trying to rectify this problem.

Unfortunately, my freezer was damaged while being delivered, and now has a few deep gashes on the front and I. The bottom corner.

Walmart damaged during Delivery

It works, but it arrived with a 2½ inch dent on the lid (that may affect the seal) and FOUR half-inch dings on the front. In my experience, the paint in these spots will eventually start to chip away and turn to rust spots. I'm very disappointed. If you dont mind it looking used and refurbished, then it's fine. I saw the reviews about the dents but never imagined it would be this bad. I just hope the dent on the lid doesn't affect the seal, as it's not as tight in that area. They say it happens during shipping, but there is a spot that looks as if it was scratched and repaired. I included pictures. You can clearly see the discoloration. Don't be like me. If you expect it to be pretty, I do not recommend it. You can't guarantee what it will look like when it arrives, and it's evident it could come with more than just a little dent, like the reviews proclaim.

Attention and be warned!

Walmart sold me a freezer that has a dent in it and refused to give credit for damage .  They claimed they could get me a replacement but then said they did not have anymore so I had to either keep the damaged item or purchase someone else's product.  Ir think they were fully aware it was damaged prior to shipping it!!
