Product colors are perfect for my company logo.  The seat has great cushion and the lumbar support is amazing.  The chair is perfect for my somewhat small office.

We wanted a white, adjustable chair with a web backing and this chair checked all the boxes.  It was easy to put together and the manufacturer even includes spare bolts in case you loose one.  It's fits perfectly in our new home office.  My wife loves the chair.

I bought this office chair for one of my school that I'm at and it's comfortable. Everyone at the school really like the color (red & black) and they think it's an expensive chair ($500). So far my shoulder & neck pain has decreased and the support is great!

This was the second one we ordered. This one has a metal back frame. The first one we got months earlier is lighter, although perhaps not as rigid.  Both are comfortable.

Good chair for the money

I've owned two of these, the first one was around 2021, and the second was this last year (2023) I love how it feels, it is wide and very comfortable. The white version is a magnet for stains. The real problem is that it squeaks very loud in just a couple of months of use, you have to tighten the back/seat at least twice a week to combat it, if you don't mind that this is a very comfortable chair.

I had not purchased this but my issue is with the MSRP it's very misleading. This is not a $550 chair, I have seen it on multiple other storefronts for not more than $200 at the absolute most and most around $100. I think this is very misleading saying it is $550 MSRP which is equivalent to extremely good name brand office and gaming chairs when it is really only a run of the mill generic office chair worth $100 or so and you are really only getting $25 to $50 off what it's really worth not $425 off.

I bought the chair without any service plan.  When the chair arrived, my purchase was charge with the Service Protection Plan which I did not want.
