You Needone!!!!!, This electric humidor is AWESOME!!!! Season it correctly and give it the best humidification and you’ll be amazed at the results. Keeping my temp at 67 and humidity at 65 provides a perfect stick to smoke. You will not be disappointed!!!! Really fast shipping….humidor packaged VERY WELL!!!! (I have approximately 230 cigars currently with room to spare, depends on your cigar sizes)

Good value, ok performance

This unit does not work, and all attempts to contact NeedOne have been ignored.  I am returning this item today.  It’s a great looking unit, but will not hold a temperature or circulate air.

Very disappointed in product

So I bought this humidor 9 months ago. First the humidor came with a damaged leg,so they gave me a $30 discount which I was cool with. A couple weeks later the temperatures started bouncing up and down, so I decided to return this humidor cause I wasn’t risking a few thousand dollars worth of cigars, so I returned it to the Walmart by me. They accepted it and told me I should receive a refund within a week or 2. So 8 months later no refund, getting bounced around by Walmart.com. Absolute JOKE!

Worst customer service ever!

It’s only a great price if it works when you get it.  The unit had an electrical short that caused it to reset or shut down every time the door was opened.  Photo shows it plugged in with no display.

Defective unit

I love the look, im invested as I ordered 5 extra drawers. The temperature is accurate but the Cooling mode is constantly on. Ill set the Temp to 74.  inside will be 67 and its still cooling . the cooling unit is being constantly powered with voltage. So far I can not get ahold of the Manufacture.  I hate to have to return and then reorder which delays my time. waiting to see if I can figure out a fix.
