Yes, you can hook a water hose up in this.

The Ozark Trail Lighted shower tent is designed to use a 5 gallon shower bag.  It is not specifically designed to work with a water hose.  That being said, there would be nothing stopping you from using a water hose.  It would require some creativity and customization on your part.

It worked perfectly for what we needed.  It rained and hailed out at the lake and it stooded up great!

I owned an Ozark Trail Utility Tent for about 10 years and decided it was time for a new one. The old one was still in pretty good shape, so I wanted to buy another one from the same brand. The light color on the top is a little concerning because I'm not sure if others can see in the tent when it's dark and the light is on. 
Very easy to put up. It was really nice to be able to turn on the light before I left the tent in the night to use my luggable loo.

Should last at least 10 years

I really loved thr tent and used for thr beach ,wind was tough but we used heavy sand bags inside the 4 corners of the tent which kept it front being pulled away from thr strong wind, definitely was worth the by for the price

The shower bag hangs too low for use. I'm 5'6” and was pushing the bag around to even fit in the shower. My 6' friend refused to use it at all.

Plenty of storage space. Don't use the lines to hold your drying towel. I put it in the window pocket and still had enough privacy to use at a festival.

Still worth the price. It's cheaper than the others. And open all the packaging before assembly. The key connector for the top was in another bag.

Good enough when there are no other options.

The lighted shower didn't have the light I searched everywhere and couldn't find it. Hard to put up will be returning.

Missing the light

Nice looking. Easy to erect.  But not very sturdy in the wind. On this model there are no guy lines to add additional stability. It's been up for two weeks.  Today a wind storm came thru and 90 degreed two of the poles at the 45° bend near the top. The tent is now in a heap on the ground. I'll have to either repair or replace the poles.

I cannot recommend this version of the tent.

Nice looking but not sturdy in the wind.
