Easy to move and easy to assemble! The instruction have a different number then the letter screw but the pictures made it easy. This treadmill is definitely what I was looking for, it's design gives for a harder workout then a regular treadmill in my opinion and it does simulate running on a track. Love this product and the display allows for different modes to track your workout!

Love this new treadmill!

This treadmill is awesome!  I searched all over the internet for a manual treadmill and found this one at a great price.  It's made extremely well and I'm really not sure what the other reviews are complaining about, because it's pretty easy to operate and easy to run or walk on, just takes some getting used to.  Now I can exercise in the comfort of my own home.  I would highly recommend this treadmill.  Thank you guys!

Awesome treadmill!

excellent choice! love that it does not consume electricity, safer choice in terms of humidity and flood risks. It runs smooth, quiet. big wide and long enough. Slats are sturdy. yes, it does take quite a bit of space. I was able to assemble and calibrate the belt in about 1.5 hrs myself being 140lbs woman with no problem. It works you out like no other electric treadmil. took couple 30min workouts to get used to it not holding handles. unusual dizzy and confusion after session trying to walk on flat surface again. I use the tablet for entertainment and added cup holders. absolutely love it!

bandg for your buck

Awesome. I bought it on sale and after comparing it to another treadmill the next price up i bought it. It would have been financially irresponsible for me to to NOT get this. I took a chance and it paid off. The treadmill is very good at what it does. Is it perfect? No. its a little wobbly but it has adjustable feet to help stabilize it but even then it's wobbly but wont tip or ruin the running experience. I'm 260 lbs so it feels a little cramped but i love that its compact and easy to move. I bought it mainly because of a lot of research i did on manual treadmills and its benefits and I wanted something non motorized. I'm glad I went with this one. It aligned with my needs, fits my budget, fit my workout space, and came with FREE FedEx shipping.
