Informative description, easy transaction. Love this Shark Pet Pro Cordless vacuum. It’s quiet, even when trigger is pulled to maximum compared to any corded vacuum. It may not be able to pick up a bowling ball like my Simplicity canister, but such suits my needs.
I’m wheelchair bound, with only one leg and a corded vacuum is too much to handle. I have a second power head that I have to replace under warranty, so I will have two complete vacuums to keep in my living room and my bedroom.

I didn't think I would ever love a vacuum cleaner but, I'm pretty sure this one changed my mind! It's so light weight and cordless! It's a game changer, in my opinion. Not to mention, the ease of dumping the debris. I hold it over the trash can and, one little button! The 3 attachments that come with it are all I'll ever need. Needless to say, I highly recommend this Shark.

Picked up the dog hair beautifully, didn’t realize how much hair was on our wooden floor given you can’t see my dogs hair because it blends in well with the color of our floors. Real great product, came with 2 year warranty which is great peace of mind.

Shipping was fast. The port ac looks great cosmetically. Have only used the cooling mode and it is awesome!! Easy to install... item exactly as described. Seller communication fantastic. If you're on the fence - this is a good buy!Here's the only misstep - the packaging was less than good. Styrofoam broken inside of the box, top of the box only partially taped (half open). Fortunately, all parts made it... and again, no damage to the unit and it works great. Would recommend this seller. Thanks!

I bought a refurbished item from this seller that listed, “in mint condition & like new.” When I received & unboxed it, I noticed a dent in the control panel that was never mentioned in the description before purchasing. I contacted the seller to resolve & they sent me a shipping label for a return. The item was packaged very well which meant it was damaged before shipment…false advertisement. Next, I had to contact eBay to reimburse me because they never did!!! Steer clear of this company!
