The Bissell portable spot shampooer doesn't work very well at cleaning up messes. It uses WAY too much overly priced cleaner. It has pitiful poor suction. Battery depletes fast. I regret spending money on this. As a dog sitter with multiple pets, I would not recommend this item. The packing was fine so my experience concerning seller was positive. The cleaner, however, falls short and not worth any money. Shipping was so-so. Ordered 11/28. Rev'd 12/8.
