I loved everything about ordering. Machines are well refurbished, term means: to look and act like new. I would give the 2 printers I ordered a 10/10 and 9.5/10; 10 is Brand New. Packaging and contents were all original like the new one I purchased a month ago. The customer service on eBay is Creality, so CS sent me real site content.
I got 2 E3-V3-SEs for less than I paid for 1 NEW only one months ago.

I wanted an affordable refurbished 3D printer that's beginner friendly and I seen a lot of great reviews about Creality and I'm definitely not disappointed! It was easy to assemble, haven't ran into any major technical issues that I haven't been able to resolve quickly and so far all of my 3D prints turned out great! It takes a little research and learning the software suite, but overall I'm satisfied with the quality and durability of the components.

Item as described and pictured, BUT the one we received was not very well looked at in the refurbish process. It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.

I 3 refurbs! Packed well in a factory box and shipped quickly. Factory checked over, and it all works out of the box. Very little tweaking and it makes good prints. Plus full warranty!
